Open-Up Your Floorplan
One problem homeowners face is dead space in their homes. This can be magnified in a smaller home. Hallways and awkward transitions can take up a lot of valuable square footage that can be better utilized when redesigned thoughtfully.
Our goal is to maximize every square foot.
Opening your floor plan by removing non-bearing walls can make your home feel larger and optimize your space. This is not only a practical option, but it can completely transform the inside of your home.
Maximize Storage Space
Smaller homes tend to be short on storage space. It is a common complaint we hear from homeowners in San Mateo. We are experts in creative, built-in storage solutions. Our aim is to expand the use of your home while also helping you keep things neat and tidy.
From the kitchen cabinets to closets to the garage, we can customize a plan and build storage that optimizes space while taking into consideration your home’s style and design.
You will be amazed at the extra space our team can uncover.
